Hello everyone!

The games for the Rumble tournament will commence this week - be on the lookout for further updates regarding what time slot your team is designated to play in.

Speaking of tournaments, we are hosting an ARAM tournament in the near future, which will include similar prizes to that of the Rumble's, including goodies such as Poro T-shirts, RP prizes and much more.

This merchandise is still up for grabs at our website. Hoodies are now sold now, but there are still other value deals so make sure your don't miss out!

The clash of the two titans, the telecoms, occurred last week Saturday. The long drawn out battle ended in stellar fashion as SKT was able to reverse sweep KT once again and emerge victorious with a score of 3-2. Blank, who had a record of 0-2 against Rox Tigers in the Season 6 World Championships, was able to have his self redemption as a jungler in such as similar series by winning every single game against KT, being one of the integral factors of SKT's comeback.

Ocean have taken the throne!

If you noticed that the leaderboard looks different this week, that's because you're right! For the first time in 2017, Cloud has been overtaken and Janna is no longer in the spotlight! Welcome Ocean to the throne!

Don't get too excited though, because Cloud is just ONE POINT behind! Make sure to support your house by attending the LCK Online Viewing and Tipping Session this Saturday!

At the end of the year, the winning house will once again be giving away a bunch of awesome prizes, including a RARE Teemo statue! We'll also be rewarding members who make significant contributions to their houses, so don't give up even if you're not in the winning house!

NA LCS Summer All-Pro Team - Does Jensen deserve all the doubts and hate?
In the past week, the NA LCS had released the results for their 2017 Summer Split All-Pro Team. Whilst some of those selected were already well anticipated such as Doublelift as the premier AD carry alongside the number 1 player of NA solo queue, Immortals support Olleh, in the bot lane, there were other selections which surprised many such as Jensen barely edging out Bjergsen to be crowned as the premier midlaner in the 1st team.

Nicolaj “Jensen” Jensen has long been known as the other great Danish midlaner who plied his trade in the NA LCS in the shadows of Søren “Bjergsen” Bjerg. Whilst Bjergsen had enjoyed great popularity amongst the NA LCS faithful as well as being the poster boy of the TSM franchise since his arrival, Jensen had endured a thornier path.

Ever since joining the Cloud9 roster at the start of the 2015 NA LCS season, Jensen had been expected to carry on the legacy left by Cloud9’s previous legendary figure, Hai. Whilst Jensen’s skills and mechanics were never doubted and greatly admired by his colleagues and followers, it was his cocky and at times arrogant attitude which had alienated him from NA LCS supporters in comparison to Bjergsen.

However, in 2017 NA LCS Summer split, Jensen had shown his more mature side to act the main carry as Cloud9 struggled throughout the entire split. Playing as the focus of Cloud9’s team composition whilst the rest of his team struggled for consistency, Jensen had been the primary reason behind Cloud9’s ability to stay competitive whilst other traditional powerhouses such as CLG and TSM went from strength to strength. Yet, despite the calm and collected displays, Jensen continued to be demonised as a “KDA Player” for his KDA scores in comparison to his team due to the acrimonious relationship between him and NA LCS followers. Constantly forced to defend himself from the accusations of the NA LCS faithful in spite of his career-best performances thus far in the split, perhaps it is apt to ask; does Jensen deserve all this hate? Maybe we should just sit back and enjoy the performances of a great player.

Stay tuned for the next edition.
